Suspect Timer freezes

This happened on my scout yesterday:

I looted the wreck of the ship I just ganked,
and warped to the safe spot.
Decided to make a bio/coffee/smoke break, and came back about 10 minutes later.

That yellow dial in the upper left corner was still at full 100%.
15 minutes after my scout became suspect,
yellow icon just disappeared.

Not really a major issue,
but still an issue.



P.S.:
If you mouse-over that thing, it shows correct (digital) time remaining.
