CCP, Add Missile Guidance Computers To The Market!!!!!

To spell it out for you, there are no t1 missile guidance computer bpo's and there are no missile guidance computers available in general. You added the Galente Tactical Destroyer skill book earlier (because none were one the market), what about this?
