So I try to login and it says new IP please enter character name and I enter it correct and it denies it. Submitted ticket and they pointed me here saying they cant help me :/ so how do I fix this wan't to get on the test server pretty bad

Have you changed your password recently? Password changes on TQ aren't updated on SISI
