Ok so I get this a lot of the time and usually manually updating EVE seems to work but it hasn't this time so I reinstalled it from scratch several times. Every time I run repair.exe it says an update is available, downloads and install it, yet I still get this message on trying to connect. Can anyone help me with this?

Servers are being patched and are still down. latest tweet has extended the downtime to 11:30
