First off I think we need clarification on what this mission is and why it is worth 10Bil isk. Please provide all evidence about this agreement to run this mission (**** me swinging if only I knew how lucrative mission running was), any transaction logs, voice recordings, API's etc.

The Court will contact the appropriate representatives from both sides and we will get to the bottom of why this mission wasn't run and whose responsibility it was to run it. I advise seeking counsel for both parties unless you wish to represent yourself.

Your honor I call to question the op ability to understand these proceedings. The ops lack of basic verb tense shows he is not a native speaker of leet English and my require a translator.

Your honor I must concur. This MUST be a Nitshe alt. Anyone who reads the original Nitshe thread will immediately notice similarities in the shitpoastability of the thread.

I MUST insist of a fine, totaling 10B in ISK, to be paid to the accused, as compensation for slanderous comments.

A FURTHER FINE of an additional 5 BIL ISK is also requested from the OP on the charges of being in a shyt corp.

Finally, the court costs of 2 BIL ISK must be paid out to myself and split between the court members to compensate our time wasted with this garbage claim.

This is not accusation it 's a fact . As i read on topic i can't cc any message here. Ok he did what he wants and ok it s nice for him to scam 10 B which are lost. I'ml not running here to get back them since i know he will never refund us, but just to let know ppl that separatist are scammer.

The isk were send Corp to Corp
Email were exchanged with the detail of contract and mission
the agreement was made directly from the CEO of separatist

in the future i suggest doing some research on possible employees.....c&p needs an "angies list" of dastardly villians....oh wait....

p.s. spell check is telling "villians" is spelled wrong.....and until corrected.....that is the only crime here.

edit: apparently ive been spelling villains wrong for a very long time......in fact i cant think of a time when i didnt spell it villians....damn......and i thought this was an interesting post....

maybe next time OP you can hire me instead....although im not as good at spelling as i once thought.
