Also has a few clones, nothing spectacular besides a +5 set.

Would be a very good toon for wardeccing, wormholes, 1337 pvp(Killed a garmur in a t1 frig), and not too far off from a Sin/Thanny.
This toon is just a straight out boss for what it can fly atm.

Does he come with the full 12,552,647,531.85 isk wallet balance?

20bill for a subcap pilot is too much, considering there is a 43m sp archon + moros pilot up for sale for 21b b/o, with positive sec standing to.

I'm interested in the toon, but need a realistic price.
