Wormhole nerfs?

So I was reading an article over at CZM and it mentioned something about wormholes being nerfed. I searched the website and couldn't find anything about it. What are they talking about?

Thanx. If thats what he means this is a doublepost, the "website" would be the patchnotes, the CZM the CSM and WH expert are questioning whether this is actually a nerf.

Thank you. Sorry for the harsh reply. I haven't slept for 36 hours. The notion of my time being wasted then makes me unpleasant. Wont happen again.

It will probably be a reduction in the masses that can go through worm holes because CCP doesn't want Null Sec travelling through them.

... which won't affect worm hole dwellers at all.
