Aegis patch notes do NOT mention rigor/flare being stacking penalized

The Aegis patch notes do not list that Rigor/Flare missile rigs are (most likely) becoming stacking penalized. Either this is an oversight in the patch notes, or there's a fix in the pipeline to allow unstacked Rigors/Flares to co-exist with the new Missile Guidance Computer/Enhancer modules?

Edit: Sorry, I just thought that adding some numbers would show why this NEEDS to be in the patch notes. This is a significant change, and the missile meta will probably have to resettle.

We're talking about rigor/flare rigs becoming stacking penalized and that fact not being mentioned in the patch notes. Folks will be unpleasantly surprised on patch day.

The stats for the MGC/MGEs are a different issue/discussion, preferably in the F&I thread. Fyi, three PWNAGE TPs provide a 221% bonus.

This should certainly be mentioned in the update as it amounts to a very large change in determining fittings for your ship. People should know they now need 4 application modules (fitting/rig) to achieve the same effect as they are getting now from 3 application rigs.

I've heard reports of base missile stats being adjusted on SiSi (HM application nerf, torp/HAM range nerf, cruise application buff) but can't log in at the moment. Can anyone confirm?
