Im not selling one but just to clarify the process for you:

Once you find a seller and agree on the price, you post something like "agreed to purchase X character for X isk" in this forum or in one made by the other character. You send that character X amount of isk with reason "character purchase" and mail them the account you want the character transfered to. They will transfer the character and once both sides are happy you can close the thread

If for any reason they scam you or do not send you the character you can contact CCP and get your isk back if you followed forum rules
