Good Amarr/Caldari Ships for Solo FW Missions

After having become a little bored of grinding level four missions, my main has enlisted for a spot of faction warfare.

I've started out using a navy slicer for level 1 and 2 but was wondering what was more suitable when I get to 3's and 4's? I've cross trained caldari and amarr as until recently I was flying a nightmare as my mission ship.
