Blueprint Research Time Efficiency Costs

Yesterday I put a Large Ancillary Current Router I BPO into research for 10 levels (20%) of Time Efficiency which cost me 14,840,000 isk.

Today I put a Large Anti-EM Screen Reinforcer I BPO into research again for 10 levels (20%) of Time Efficiency which cost me 326,000 isk.

Both blueprints were installed by the same character with unchanged skills in the same station using the same facilities.

Does this sound like normal variations to charges for what I would regard as a relatively short duration between installs?

Bonus tip: Look at the material costs of both rigs. I'm pretty sure one of them is higher then the other...

Thanks for the advice. I checked out the material cost on both blueprints plus a 3rd bpo I put into TE research this morning and sure enough there is a proportional relationship between material cost and TE research cost. You learn something new everyday, as they say.
