Hi, CROM.

CCP rules are for payment to be received in full, then I can transfer. They will protect from scams as long as the rules are followed, and I don't want to step outside the normal boundaries. If you want to send 7B tomorrow and the rest later, it's fine, but I can't really transfer until all isk has been received. So it's your call on when you pay - all at once in four days or less, or in smaller chunks.
