I was DC'd, tried to reconnect, couldn't, launcher shows Tranq offline (but I don't think it is)

Now launcher is giving an error msg that Remote Info File could not be Fetched. What should I do?

Tranquility has been offline now for several hours, yet no one seems to be offering any explanation or an estimated time it will be back. Quite poor tbh.
