we all know the problem of oflfine towers blocking moons....
either in 0.0, low-sec, high-sec or wh-space...
wouldnt it be nice to reduce the amount of grinding even more by using the entosis link?
my idea was entosis links could be uses to hack those offline towers.
that way they could either be blown up or simply get unanchored, scooped and used by someone else.
i think that would be quiet logic as no force field prefents people from flying to the tower itself and hacking it...

some feedback would be nice
have a nice day and fly save

Took an offline tower down with 3 sets of sentries in an hour or two...

it may happen, but seriously, what's wrong with just grinding them?

For posting an idea into F&I: come up with idea, try and think how people could abuse this, try to fix your idea - loop the process until you can't see how it could be abused, then post to the forums to let us figure out how to abuse it..... If your idea can be abused, it [u]WILL[/u] be.

Some of the offline towers are there for the sole purpose of "moon-parking" as in 'you don't get this moon'.

Common pratice in w-space, so you can 'block' someone from taking your system while most of your buddies are sleeping. The second an offline tower 'pings', it is time to wake up and remove the threat.

For one, I don't like the idea of it being as simple as a "snatch and grab" mechanic where you wind up with a free tower.

Offline or not, towers were never suppose to be that easy to topple anyways. Taking a POS down should involve lengthy use of force, so bring some guns, you goof.
