Can't connect with my main character, but others work fine?

I logged out of my main character (this one) for a bit and when I try and log back in the game gets stuck on the loading circle. My alt works fine, and so does another character on the same account. What's up? I've tried running the repair tool and clearing the cache, but to no avail.

question, if you try to exit the game, the side bar appears, as the chat?

same thing happens to my main character.

EDIT: After a while (some minutes) finally logged in.
