A short question about ecm and sleepers

Hello, I recently started doing combat anomalies in WH with a Rook, and noticed that using ECM on sleepers help a lot against the triggers who use neut.

But I can't really tell, since sleepers are omni-damage and tank, can I assume any racial ecm work best than the multi-spectral ? Or did people out there tried every kind and noticed better one that others ?

A second thing is that I'm gonna try C2 anom soon, C3 are way to much for me, but I feel like my tank is a little overkill and cruisers are way easier to take down that frigates, sentries tank quite a lot though.

The d-scan cloak is awesome, been able to do multiple site in a populated wh without being disturbed, got more visits while mining with a prospect P .

Doing c1s in a rook is far from insane. (For reference, suggested noob boat is a RLML caracal for c1 anoms because half of the hp you grind through is frigsized)
You should use racial ecm, it's higher strength and the SS for sleepers is identical across the types.

Ok thanks, was thinking about using RLML instead of HAM too, Sleepers are pretty fast compared to pirates.

i've done curse for c1 and c2 in c2 you have to pay attention to triggers and range. too close and you are ereased.

Ok, I checked on EVE uni and noticed that there is web on top of neut and a few BS but with a wtf dps.

http://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Wormhole_C2_Sites I use a gistum-c medium shield booster with 2 amp a DCU, I'm confident that this is enough, will learn if not.
