SPECULATION ONLY: I have a feeling that there MIGHT be an issue with CCP as far as The Mittani's (as CSM) participation as a 'co-organizer' of H'geddon.

They may be in a 'position' (harrrrummmph) to SAY NOTHING perhaps ?

Were the event being put off until Febuary for sure, there would have been a 'major' announcement of the change via another posting like that which you linked above.

Yeah, it might have something to do with the goons starting a war in Branch rather than Mittani being CSM... I mean, there's no real correlation between "CSM" and "Hulkageddon", much like there was no real correlation between "CSM" and "Oxytope Interdiction"...

then again, Mittani may be looking to run again, and doesn't want to put up with people QQ-ing about letting him into the CSM again after HAG 5.
