30/06 Patch Errors

So I re-started playing EVE just 2 days ago and GUESS WHAT! Today, it wont let me even start the game.

It attempts to download a new patch as of this evening, and throughout this I get an error message along the lines of:

WindowsError: [Error 5] Access is denied: u'E:\\EVE\\bulkdata\\metadata.yaml'

Anyone else having similar problems or have a fix for this?
