is Navbot a program that would break the EULA or TOS? It's NOT a BOT it's just called that

https://code.google.com/p/navbot/

if it does not break the Rules can i get someone to Update it for me?

As I slipped my finger slowly inside her hole, I could immediately feel it getting wetter and wetter.

I took my finger back out and within seconds she was going down on me.

"I really need a new boat," I thought to myself.

It doesn't do anything that violates the EULA. It just parses market logs, which is a really outdated way of doing things and there are probably better alternatives out there already.

You could do the same thing using a simple spreadsheet that gets the data from CREST or EVE -Central.

What exactly are you bumping for?

NavBot is a long abandoned software. I don't think someone will just do a rewrite for you ...

Meanwhile there are a lot of other similar tools out there. Try describing what you're looking for and maybe someone will come up with a suggestion of a tool that does it.

EVEWalletAware - an offline wallet manager.

(Disclaimer: I never used Navbot myself, so don't know its merits)

Same UI might be a problem, but as for IGB support, look i.e. at Evernus.
