Launcher issues, Cannot log in...wrong IP????

This morn when i got up my launcher finished a patch and ever since then i cannot log in. It tells me i logged into a different IP address. Which its same me same computer, IP address....ok soooo i added my character name as requested and then proceeds to tell me wrong name password and character name..cmon now! Anyone else having this issue? or an idea how to fix it? I sent in a help ticket. Very frustrated as since i came back to the game there has been one issue after the other..but this is insane not being able to log in!
