Control tower graphical bug

Hello,

For some time now when I warp to the corporation control tower ( PoS ) i get a major graphic bug which is the following

1. The screen flickers alot
2. Every structure deployed in the force field shows pixalated and green/purple
3. Major lag which sometimes my screen closes and pops back up causing a black screen for about 5 seconds
4. Zooming in and out takes for ever probably because of the lag
5. Weird lines of pixel appearing in the screen and disappearing.
6. Once the game closed
7. 50% of the time everything comes back to normal within 5mins
8. This problem started maybe 1month ago
8.1 before that the PoS was working a1

Game is updated
Graphic card is updated
No new componanta installed in the computer
No hardware change

Other than the PoS everything runs smoothly

I have a geforce 9600 gt ( i know old card but hey it worked before )

Dual core e7300 I think forgot the model or e7400

Update : The problem started when CCP did the forcefield graphic update

have the smae trobels evrtime i go to a pos/ tower
im runing on a older macheine olso have tis sins 1 / 2 months trit to fix it whit a full reinstal of the pc including eve all softwheare = upto date
