I still get the error message. None of my charactes can enter the game.

"Your character is located within Sasoutikh, which is currently loading. Please try again in a moment."

I think server is broken, almost 4h have passed and Sasoutikh is still not loaded.

My launcher just sits at "Downloading EVE Launcher update" with no progress.

Try to download the exe directly : http://client.eveonline.com/patches/win_launcherinfoTQ_inc.txt
