This started with me trying to access the inventory and being unable to do so do to a "packet" issue, I do not remember the entire message. So I went to restart the game and now it will not load.

I'm having a similar issue with this char in Rens:
"Your character is located within Rens, which is currently loading. Please try again in a moment."

My other character on the account, in another system is fine and loads without any issues.
I've been trying for about 30 minutes now and will probably just play one of my other characters till this gets resolved.

Edit: I wasn't doing anything prior to my attempt to log in. ie. This was my first log-in attempt on this character since downtime.

Before I could get out of station, got an error about a resource I was using not being available. Clicked OK and it shut the game window down. Opened a new game window and tried to log back in. Started getting same error message as OP.
