Can't access singularity

my username and password is rejected on singularity ive already requested reactivation via the automated thread but this has not resolved my issue.
i recently changed my password and i belive this is what's causing the problem as i can access sisi with my alt without issue.
ive been trying to get onto sisi for 2 weeks now and would really apreciate sombody looking into it for me. i filed a suport ticket but was told they dont suport sisi.
