Weird T2 Rocket Launcher Bug on Jackdaw

Greetings,

Today, I fitted T2 rocket launchers on a Jackdaw for the first time. With current outfit and skills, the Javelin rockets see a 32KM flight distance in Sniper Mode. The bug I get happens randomly, but consistanty. It appears, even though targets are well within hitting range, the rockets miss for several cycles until I turn them off (not offline). Once restarted, they'll hit normally. The other side to this bug is I am hitting targets within range and the rockets simply stop hitting as if they are out of range. I have used the Rage rockets some, but have not seen the bug with them nor with T2 Light Missiles.

I am curious if anyone else has experienced this. Thank you!

32Km according to what? EFT, Pyfa, In-game fitting, your calculations? Missile range is often a best guess estimate and shouldn't be considered exact like it is for turrets. That and tool tips are horrendously bugged right now with information not adjusting to skill/module effects/sub-mode effects/etc.

The other question is, by how much are we talking your missiles seem off? 1-2Km, 10Km, half of your range? Again, since missile range isn't exact, there is a margin of error where missile may or may not hit when they, according to calculations, should or shouldn't.

Also, what ammo were you using? Rage, Jav, Standard/Faction? Obviously that matters too.

Using both jav and rage rockets. Seems to happen within 5 to 10km of max hitting range (32km for javs and 19km for rage). Javs will hit at 31 to 32km with skills and outfit. As mentioned, the rockets will hit at first, then miss; or, miss then hit. when missing, the ammo continues to deplete; so, it's not a connection desync. All range info comes from in game.
