Launcher never launches game

Mac os launcher will allow me to log in and click play. the grey "Launching" appears for several seconds, then returns to the black "Play". the actual game client never launches

Hi,

look at the mac activity monitor for a process "wineserver". if it is there kill it.

I have this issue sometimes and killing the process helps.
