Another Useless Pubbie

Hi, I'm looking for some feedback on my Loki fit before I go out and buy one prematurely. I'll be using it for Guristas combat exploration sites.

I know a Tengu is best for this but I that's not what I can fly right now. Fit is all T2 as I'm new to T3 cruisers, I'll be looking to pimp it after I get more familiar/comfortable flying the ship.

Stats with my skills:
22.7k EHP
Resists: 79/85/77/58
Damage: 371 DPS, 936 alpha with Phased, ~20km range
443 total DPS with drones
Capacitor: 3:15

I'm hoping that I'll be able to speed tank most damage and pulse the booster to regen shields when needed.

If you want to do this in 0.0 you will need 2 fits, one for probing and when you find a site you dock up and fit this
