Who do you consider to be your arch-enemy/Loving Enemy/Rival?

Just as a question in general.

Is there anybody or group that you have found to either, absolutely hate? Or just somehow managed to always be at ends? Or how about somebody you always seem to be competing with?




Mine would probably be Marmite. Not really by choice, or hate towards them. I've always just seemed to on the other side of the dec with those individuals. Wins and losses on both sides. Though I'm guessing Marmite has me beat by a margin. =P I personally don't believe in hate towards another player. Annoyance sure, there is always somebody who will annoy the bleeding **** out of you.

Marmite has just been that group that never quiiiiiite made into the slightly blue shade or higher category.

However I do enjoy the rivalry, or meta of the game when it comes of a so called arch-nemesis.

I want to hear your stories, Stories of loses, revenge, or just plain fun.

Honestly, I love everyone and I wouldn't want anyone to dislike me. Oh I've had death threats and promises of surprise amateur proctology, but luckily I'm kinky like that.

Can't say there's anyone in game that I dislike to that extent.

My alt. He's gotten me killed more times than anyone i have ever flown with. Lost multiple points while gettin the drop on wormhole runners. De-cloaks at the perfect time too. Not to mention anything he loses comes outta my wallet. I think he does it on purpose.

Signatures wer cooler when we couldn't remove them completely.

I have a small, but elite fan club who rally the masses and distribute pitchforks and torches whenever I enter the system they happen to be in.

Vo(a)l Dellacort(sp?) who will never forgive me for the destruction of his Magpie Mobile Tractor Unit is the president of said fan club. I can never remember how to spell his name... despite sploding two of my ships he still retains a nearly epic level of butthurt.

Blackhole Kelly. Proudly outs me in local whenever he sees me around. Also, I think he's stolen my bike a couple of times.

And of course, Veers. I'd call him a nemesis or enemy, but I no longer get annoyed by his rampant shiptoasting. I now recognize him for the very special child he is, and simply have learned to smile and nod and waggle shiny things in front of him. It saddens me to see his posts degenerate over time, as in the past he's provided us with some quality wrong-minded tripe to read.

There are other people I shoot at/with/near... but there's no hard feels and whatnot thereabouts.

Come hell or high water, this sick world will know I was here.

His behavior and ideology was totally antithetical to mine and was otherwise generally despicable. He may not have been dangerous or threatening, but he was so abhorrent that I had to dedicate an enormous amount of my free time to crushing him utterly.
