So a week ago I had to do some bug-hunting on my computer (someone was using it to mine bitcoin with a trojan), and during the cleanup process I must've deleted something that makes EVE work.
Ever since I've been getting an exception in the launcher, and it refuses to update.

I've tried replacing the launcher, I've tried reinstalling the game.
Still getting the exception, so I'm assuming it's caused by something in the cache that doesn't get deleted when reinstalling.

How do I get rid of this? How do I purge EVE so completely, that I can do a truly clean reinstall?

UPDATE: I've uninstalled, and manually deleted everything related to EVE (after backing up my settings). Now, after a fresh installation, the launcher doesn't do anything. No progress bar/download bar, nothing.
