How to transfer ownership of an anchored POS? Like for POCOs?

Is there an easy way to transfer the ownership of a pos? I searched a bit, but only came up with something of 2009 and dismantling it completely and letting the new corp put it up again. Well that would be horrible.

I was wondering if something like with the POCOs is somewhere hidden deeply within the POS management and I just don't see it.

Odyssey: Repacking in POS hangars for modules +1,  but please for other stuff too, especially containers. Make containers openable in POS hangars.

No. Pull it down and get the other corp put it up, it's the only way.

It would be really cool though if it were able to be done

Hey CCP, what about implementing this feature for POS' ? That would be really cool.
