Overview + bracket icons randomly disappearing

For two days now I've had weird problems with overview + in-space brackets. Some items just don't show up in space, and it doesn't depend on the type but on individual items. For example, some cans on the same grid may show while others don't. When I re-log, the items sometimes show again. Sometimes ships don't show in space or overview while sometimes they do. Expired dictor bubbles may keep on showing forever (while sometimes they disappear normally). Some ships remain on overview even when I warp away (ov shows a ship icon and "20AU"). D-scan + "active overview settings" lists the items + ships fine; it's just that they don't show in space or overview.

I've reset overview settings, cleared cache, cleared settings, deleted settings folders, and finally re-installed the whole game. Problems still persist.

Does anyone have an idea about what to do about this issue... Actually, has anyone experienced anything similar?

After painstakingly re-installing and re-downloading everything, I found out that my problem is similar to this one. That is: With a different ship everything is fine again. Right now the ship I'm flying is causing some (but not all) bookmarks to not show in space, although you can still approach them...
