ingame petition disapeared completly from client

today i had one of my corpies wanting to file a petition to adress an issue she was having n to my surprise the petition option was completly removed silently nothing was mentioned about it in any patch notes how do we file a petition now with that option beein removed???
and why hasnt there been any posts about it in patch notes i have filed a petition before the last hotfix happend thru the ingame option so im pretty sure it was still there behind the question mark icon in the neocom menu

Hey there, the in-game ticket system has indeed now been fully redirected to our new CS portal and self help center. It's also worth noting that customers filing technical support tickets have been using this new system for a number of months now.

The new help center is intended to be a vast improvement over the old ticketing system, and we plan to release a DEV Blog in the coming days to highlight these changes.

This appears to work just fine.

Some further feedback (using a de language OS):

1. Opening
https://ccpcommunity.zendesk.com/
now successfully redirects me to
https://ccpcommunity.zendesk.com/hc/de
(This may not be the case for all visitors with a different language setting)

The "Submit Support Ticket" button, though, points to
https://ccpcommunity.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new/

2. The page where open support tickets are listed
https://ccpcommunity.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests
appears to be unavailable unless bookmarked. Did'nt yet find any link or button for that.
May probably be available from a link which is placed more prominent than here.

3. Is there a way to close open tickets? The status label (open/offen) only shows the status and within a ticket I can only add further messages or attachments.

4. https://ccpcommunity.zendesk.com/hc/de/ is pretty blank compared to https://ccpcommunity.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
Maybe simply add those articles there as well, or provice a way to change the language used. That option is missing from the top bar menu, while present on other eveonline sites that are available not just as an English version.


Do I assume right, that ways to find the old tickets (within the client and on the web site) will be removed as soon as all open tickets that were created within that system got resolved and closed?

This is IE11, base install. Nothing fancy added. It simply does not work as it should.

So I now tested it with firefox and I can actually log in and it remembers, but if you expect anyone to find his tickets without actually needing to search for it, then you'll receive lots of petitions about lost petitions!

Thanks. Please fix it, having a seperate browser just for this is silly.

Sorry to say that, but ...

1. no list of open support tickets

https://community.eveonline.com/support/support-tickets/

Go to help center

just a search area and a submit button.


2. missing the ingame feature is a bummer, as you got noticed when it changed .

3. having ingame informations on a third party does not make me feel safe for those informations,
passwords included.

4. missing close button is somekind disturbing
