General:


The CODE. Alliance is THE largest highsec ganking and Code enforcement organization in the game. In order to continue to dispense enforcement all across New Eden, I as CODE. Treasurer have decided that the best way to continue on is to offer bonds to our supporters and investors.

Each bond will have an interest rate and price. Check on our spreadsheet to see current prices and interest rates.

When buying, please send me an EVEMAIL stating which bond you're buying, and then send the ISK to Globby with a message saying that you're buying a bond. If you accidentally send money or a wrong amount or want to transfer the bond to someone else, evemail Globby. If you have questions, please evemail Globby. Please allow up to 24 hours for the spread sheet to update, I am only one person.

Above you will find the timeframes, the interest rate and the costs of each bond.

YOU CAN CANCEL A BOND AT ANY TIME, BUT YOU WILL GET 0 INTEREST. You will get what you put in back, but NO interest.

This is for the alliance wallet, not mine. All of the money received will be used to buy ganking ships such as catalysts, brutixes, and taloses with will be used to enforce the Code and draw in profits of the destroyed ships.

I've invested my ISK already, this is not for me, this is for the CODE alliance.

As for confirmation, evemail loyalanon in game and he will confirm that I am the treasurer of CODE. Alliance. You can tell that I'm a representative of CODE. because I am in fact, in CODE.

Sorry, no one here is begging. I advise the posters to stay on topic and refrain from posting unless you want to purchase bonds, this is not a thread about the ethics of CODE. or any of it's subsidiaries.

CODE. has expenses other than ganking freighters, believe it or not.

Yet you're the first person to ask such a question, so I will give an answer:

These bonds are backed and supported by loyalanon, CEO of The Conference Elite which is the Executor of CODE. Actually, he is the one that told me to make this thread.

Ganking freighters is profitable for an organization, but very expensive and not worth it for an individual. An organization can potentially double an investment in ganking ships, but if you calculate out the man hours needed you generally come back with less than 25 mil per hour of profit per person, which means that most people gank for fun. CODE. spends a lot of money on ganking mining barges, which actually runs at a loss.

With this loan, we can buy 12 to 24 hour's worth of ships to gank with and come out with substantial profits, which will be paid back as interest onto bond holders. It's hard to get all the upstart costs right away and run with it, which is where the bond idea comes into play.

What is the 126 bil the website shows currently in the coffers being used for if it's not being used for the reasons you state the bond will be used for?

I don't know what 126 bil you're talking about, but the New Order Treasury is not CODE.

CODE. is a completely separate entity that follows and enforces the New Halaima Code of Conduct, that pool (the New Order Treasury) is used as James 315 sees fit and not loyalanon.

In order to claim reimbursement, you need ships in the first place.

This is really simple, CODE wants an influx in ISK so we can buy ships to gank, which is profitable, but we do not currently have the money so we're selling bonds, which benefit both the buyer and seller.

If we had the collateral for ships, we would just buy the ships with the collateral. The bonds are backed by the CEO of the Executor corporation of the alliance (leader of the whole alliance).

edit:

If you do not trust CODE. then why would you buy a CODE. bond? If you wholeheartedly believe in CODE.'s message and ability to double the investments it makes, then buy. If you dislike CODE or are against it, then why would you even consider buying our bonds in the first place?
