I keep seeing a restart timer, but when it expires, it goes back to server offline msg...

Odyssey: Repacking in POS hangars for modules +1,  but please for other stuff too, especially containers. Make containers openable in POS hangars.

As this announcement was posted yesterday nobody has any excuse for expecting for the server to be up, and not having a VERY long skill in training:
