I was not aware clone mercs had access to the IGS, when did this take place?

They might not directly....this however does not stop me taking a brief few minutes to talk to them.

Foley Aberas Jones is a DUST merc. If one can afford the cost, there's nothing stopping them from registering an account on the IGS fourms.

I was happily surprised to discover that many capsuleer pilots who have no taste for forum discussions have allowed their merc clone friends to access their IGS accounts and speak here directly. It is a good practice and adds to the diversity of ideas and makes for better conversations and discussions. I support the idea!

We need blended drinks, and you have the blenders.

The Nova Knife Blender is also an effective construction material mixer. We had blended carbide paste to patch up hull breaches with the Nova Knife Blender.

A Minmatar warship is like a rusting Beetle with 500 horsepower Cardillac engines in the rear, armour plating bolted to chassis and a M2 Browning stuck on top.

I got to get me one of those blenders!

I heard from an old friend that mixing a little aluminium into my Matari ship's repair paste would be effective.
so, one nova blender and some time later... well... The results were.... spectacular.

Now, all I need to do is find a way to make those results deployable.

Just make sure you stay away from anything that burns as hot or hotter than magnesium.....

Step 1: Board an Avatar-class Titan
Step 2: Deploy one Nova Knife Blender, 1kg of Aluminium powder and 1 kg of Repair Paste
Step 3: Blend
Step 4: ???
Step 5: Profit

A horrible idea, and an approach to the 'problem'.
With the all ideas already presented above 8some better and some worse), there's an even simpler and older solution to it:

Escape pods.

Your plan is the equivalent of fitting a pair of Kreiss' personalized gyrostabilizers on a Slasher class frigate. - Good on paper at a first glance, idiotic in reality.

I really hate to have to agree with Leopold Caine on anything, but he has a point.

Alexylva Paradox prides itself on not permanently killing its crewmembers, and we have backups made of all of our crews, and the cloning facilities available to re-life them in the event of vessel destruction.

We're not using clone mercenaries, we're just making regular RNGRI backups. Why aren't we using clone mercenaries? Well for one because they're just about the most expensive people we could possibly crew a ship with outside of using capsuleers for the whole crew. And for two, clone mercs are ground troops, retraining them in shipboard operations is much more laborious then simply providing backups to already skilled crews.

So while I admire your ideals, and would encourage you to continue pursuing them, there are much cheaper and easier ways of going about the goal of avoiding crew deaths.

Also, escape pods.

Many of our merc clone crewmembers have expressed an interest in having "back-ups" made of their family members.

We suspect if this benefit is offered to employees of Drake Ashigaru Alliance it will function as a strong inducement for both recruitment and retention.

We would very much like to contract with you for the purchase of some of your RNGRI units.

People made this claim when clone soldiers were first introduced. It was nonsense then and it's nonsense now.

Also, if you're going to try telling such a transparent lie, you might familiarize yourself with the basics of clone merc technology.
