Flickering since today

Hello,
since a few days I logged back in today. It installed a patch. And I noticed a flickering on attack battlecruiser (Naga and Talos) and cruiser (Gila, Stabber, Stratios). Carrier, frigates and industrials don't flicker. Other things work good too. The flickering only appears on some ships.

I have Mint 17.1
fglrx 15.1
Wine 1.7.38

I noticed when I set the shader to low it doesn't flicker anymore.

Do you have a flicker in planet mode too? I observed a friend playing the game on windows today, he had a flicker in that mode and he plays with all settings on high. So it might not be specific to Wine or Linux.

No Problems in Planet mode.

The flickering disappears when I set shader quality to low. With medium and high shader it flickers.
