Obsolete Module / BP Reimbursement?

What's the standard CCP approach when replacing obsolete modules? What will happen to all of the Territorial Control Units, Sovereignty Blockade Units, and anything else becoming obsolete that are in my hangar?

In the dev blog CCP states that owners will be "compensated." I assume that for BPOs that means NPC sell price, but what does it mean for items? 100% materials refunded?

Tbh, I hope they aren't removed because for instance we have a SBU bpo and researched, there's no way for CCP to give us that time back that we did to research thoes BPOs. I hate to loose all that work researching them, I'd like to see them stay even if just for collectors value like the mine BPOs that are still floating out there.

I'm sure we aren't alone at putting the time on these.

A few releases ago they got rid of the compression BPOs and some invention parts. I just got raw ISK for each of those item, and it wasn't much. Sad

NPC value for BPO, and some average market value in ISK for everything else.
