I have been wondering a lot lately about what exactly is involved in incursion.

How do i go about getting involved in it and is it something i can join alone , i say alone but i mean i dont need my whole corp to do it ?
Are they profitable and what is the best kind of ship to fly incursion.

Incursions are PVE content. Try asking this in the Missions forum.

To save you a bit of reading:

Preferred ships are T2 logi cruisers and Faction BS and Marauders. Some fleets may take T3 cruisers and T1 BS as well.

Profitability is 70-200 mill/hour depending on the incursion and fleet, and lower SP fleet that is training new players will average the 70mill. a blinged out faction/deadspace fit marauder/pirate BS fleet that is really pushing can make close to the 200 mark.

No you don't need to be in a corp, there are communities that run incursions with public channels. Requirement is to not be war dec'ed.
