Cant access New Eden Store, using eve clone because eve client goes blank every time

Having the same issue, but when I ask my corpmates, they seem to be able to access the store just fine. I am launching through the most current launcher; some threads I saw said don't use the .exe launcher.

I haven't visited the New Eden store in quite awhile. So I checked it out to see if I could get to it.
You do need to use the launcher, and log in. Then its at the bottom of the character selection screen. You don't actually select a character to use it.

If you launcher is broken (character selection screen does not come up), then you need to work on fixing that first. Wait a long time, try several times, re-download, etc.

Also - New Eden Store doesn't work from clones - has to be off the client from the launcher.
