A while back when I started EVE on my main I became fascinated by Ewar and how they could turn the tide of any battle they came into but by themselves were relatively weak so I saw them as a supporting role in any PvP fight...

However this fascination has led me down a dark path and for some reason I cant shake the idea of a Ewar mercenary corp that sells out support to anyone and everyone who offers the isk (even backstabbing if a nice counter offer comes in) but I want to know one thing...

Does this type of corp even exist?
If not would you ever be interested in hiring or joining such a corp?

I have seen this type of service pop up here and again. Noir. has also been hired for contracts in a similar manner.

One word of advice is never, ever, accept "counter offers" no matter how good they are. As a Mercenary your word with the employer is law and unless it's worked into the original deal shy away from taking isk to cease.

Hi there,

I can only speak for High Sec wardec / Mercs. If by ewar you mean neutral logistics (reps), pretty much all the major merc alliances and/or station campers have and use them these days. Be it to rep ships or structures, having a second account, as a merc in High Sec, is a must.

As to ewar in fleet fights (ie Neuts, Jams, Webs and so on) is done as well - though not neutral, as you don't wanna be concordokken...

As to "special" service offered in HS: not sure. It might be possible. If you looking for a HS deal, I suggest you contact a merc alliance listed in the C&P section.

If you're looking for a HS merc corp, shoot me a mail and let's have a talk Blink

Hope that explains it a bit.
Cheers
P.
