Issues, Workarounds & Localization

I've noticed now three times that if I'm logged in and get one of the several "Shutdown In Progress" popups warning of the scheduled downtime, the NeoCom clock freezes and does not progress. Seems to fix itself after downtime or if you log off and back in again, unless you get another popup anyways. Happens with any of them (1-hour, 15-minute, 5-minute, etc).

Minor inconvenience, since I have an OSD showing my system clock and pay more attention to that, but it might cause issues for others. Time based events seem to trigger properly or work properly regardless, such as mission timers, the log, calendar events, etc.

I'll right up a bug report later today, rl stuffs I must do.
