Oh, you mean like ramming Nyx class Supercarriers into caldari stations in assassination attempts and then waging a full scale war against the State?
Hell, thank God they would never do such things.

To be fair, the Caldari set a precedent there.

When your gut instincts tell you something is wrong, trust them. When your heart tells you something is right, ignore it, check with your brain first. Accept nothing, challenge everything.

Sadly so, one guy crashes a Carrier and kills millions, and is deemed a hero and key part of a race's culture.

The other guy does it and kills millions, and is used as a symbol of hate and scorn and justification for anything and everything.

Quite frankly, both were criminal mass murderers.

This is total poppycock. A Gallente academic, arrested, for having the courage to state an opinion that's counter to the groupthink.

This is why I have been saying for some time that what we need is smaller, less intrusive government.

Perhaps it would be best if, rather than harassing Gallentean citizens, the Federal government instead focused on our real enemies, external and internal.

The Caldari did it in reverse, started with Rouvenor and ended in Hueromont.

I know racially motivated hate speech is du jour in other parts of the galaxy; not too surprising a rat such as yourself would piggy back onto that sentiment.

Tovil-Toba attacked a civilian target during wartime while conducting offensive operations for the Caldari Navy. Noir, contrary to what some crackpots say, was not acting under orders from Federal authorities to attack anything.

Realistically it's a good thing the Federation has not declared Noir a hero, we shouldn't be celebrating wanton carnage.

Oh, Keating, you'd be the expert on groupthink. You're the clusters biggest pedlar of it. That and namby-pamby wishy-washy rubbish that turns a rosy-coloured blind eye to the truth of a cold and uncaring universe.

Neither are heros. I was just using the example after someone brought up Noir that it was hardly the first time this has happened, and that when you treat your own man who committed the same act as a hero, it's a little hypocritical to be offended and using it as an insult the second time around.

I'd just prefer people look to a more equal view, in my opinion it's that they were both mass murderers and did nothing heroic at all.
