If not, I'll update it, but pretty sure that's the same thing.

There was actually one occasion where I jumped into a system that was an intel void. Seeing reds in local, I made a dash for another gate. They managed to land and follow me through. On the other side, I said what gate I was on and what ships were attacking, also mentioning that they were all the reds. Fortunately, my brief information was interpreted and help actually arrived in time.
That is definitely an exception and jumping into fights to help others has resulted in me losing a few ships.
