[Loan] 10B @ 2% - 1 month - Collateralized [DONE]

Hello Market Discussion.

I am looking for a loan of 10B for 1 month at 2%. Collateral is going to be held by Ms. Elizabeth Norn in the form of highly researched capital module bpos. While the npc value of these blueprints is 5833 million, me and Ms. Norn both agree that the market value far surpasses that which is why the loan is at 10B. That value is still far below the market rate.

The loan will begin when Ms. Norn confirms the collateral and I have received the 10B. I would prefer 1 investor, but I will do bonds of 2B.

Confirming I have the collateral (http://pastebin.com/yJiFhdBA) and will cover a default of up to 10 billion ISK plus any accrued interest.

Hey Liz,

I hope this won't be taken the wrong way but could you outline what background makes you appropriate as the collateral holder here at a 2% rate. I've been pretty absent from MD recently so may have missed something and failed to turn up the relevant details on evesearch but do you have an established history of holding uncollateralised public isk now and if so, how much have you held and how often? If this is your first time, 10bil seems like a pretty big chunk of isk to be looking after with no prior history and 2% a pretty low rate.

I am guessing that is why there is little interest in here tbh, even at 1-2% if a well known char was holding the colat this post would have been jumped on already.

I saw this offering a few minutes after it was posted and didn't grab it up for this reason as well. No real history of collateral holding that I can find and I also have an issue with that collateral valuation.

Note that the estimated price is lower than what Axton stated (which is the NPC price) due to some items' price being "Unavailable".

Nope, it's perfectly reasonable as this is my first time acting as a third party. I don't know if this makes me appropriate as a third party, but I've been a regular on MD for quite a while now, with a clear stance against scammers, having been to the last Fanfest and EVE Vegas I'd say my real life investment in EVE coupled with my in-game persona is enough to believe I'm not going to steal this kind of ISK.

It's above NPC, but still well below market value. We're both BPO traders so we know how much they're worth and 10b is a sum I'm comfortable with covering in the unlikely event of a default.

After talking in game, we have come to an agreement and Aileen Morex will be filling the loan on behalf of her corp. This loan will end July 17.
