What is the best Sig/Speed Ratio Ship?

Looking for the best sig/speed ratio i can get. MWD or AB are absolutely fine. Would like to make a very effective tackler that can sig tank extremely well. Drugs and implants are also an option for me, I assume some of you guys have explored several ships and come up with some extremely good ratios.

Could also try a claw with links/ halos/ deadspace MWDs. If you really really want it, get a naglfar and drugs.

Prospect is a much slower, less agile Dramiel but has same sig size, a covert ops cloak, and a bit more ehp. I'm not saying I would take it over the Dramiel, but the potential for "Why am I being tackled by a stealth miner?" is interesting.

Yeah the Prospect is actually surprisingly effective in a tackle role. It's also great to bring through a blops bridge as tackle since the only other good 'fast' frigate tackle option you have is the Astero which is rather pricey. It can also fit a cov cyno and be bait for hilarity.

Eos links can make active armor frigs ludicrously hard to kill. especially when dual propped.

Also I believe there a 10mn Tristan fits out there, not 100 percent on that though.

10mn Astero unplugged has a 35m sig with 2.5km/s, 23m sig and 3.1km/s with links. It's also some godlike agility.

Not taking Halo/Snakes/drugs/boosters in account as they will have same effect everywhere.

WIth Halos and Sleipnir Links this gets 17.1 signature and 5331 m/s unheated (7538m/s heated).
(With corelum a-type AB speed: 6691m/s and 9516m/s heated.)

This fit actually works really well for solo, if you know how to set the speed to be able to outtrack your opponent (if you just set orbit 500 your guns will usually not hit).

If you want to use it as tackle mainly, I would advise to switch the web for a RF longoint and fly it like an interceptor.
Bling this fit to taste, a-type AB fits if you also upgrade the microaux for a Thukker one, or meta the DC.
Only problem is, you can get alphaed of the field pretty easily if you take a wrong turn, but if you know what you are doing this should not get hit by anything, even light missiles do not apply good dps against this. Even a heated RLML Caracal shooting at your EM resist hole will not apply over 90 dps to you regardless of missile type, as long as you keep your speed over 3k, which is really easy in this fit.

PS: forgot Zor's implant and quafe booster, you will get even more speed out of it.
