How much would a character cost that could fly a Titan?

I know it takes 2 plex to do the transfer, but i was hoping someone could give me a price estimate.

How much for a Character that has the skills to fly a titan in combat?

How much for a Titan Sitter Character?

Titan sitter generally start around 8-9b and go up as high as 12 or 13b

Combat Titan pilot usually start around 30b and often go as high as 40 or 45b.

The thing with this path, and similarly that of all capitals is that it's a very long train that is not useful at all until it's complete. These characters typically fetch 500-800m per million SP on the low side, and as much as 1b per million SP on the high side.
