TL;DR: lander Philae has relayed 300 data packets to Rosetta, out of 8,000 stored in its memory. Temperature it's -35º C and power is at 24 W, out of 19W needed to communicate.The existence of 8,000 pending packets means that Philae was already active but couldn't communicate.
