Eve Voice has been down 24+hrs

Eve voice appears to be down for my group for more than 24hrs now.

Vivox support page is missing, but the old connectivity tester seems downloadable from here: https://support.vivox.com/download.php

The tester throws an error at the step for 'echo server'. Of course the support link doesn't work but the error is:

Ping on that server returns normal values. nslookup for it shows 74.201.99.6 / 74.201.99.5
