That'd be quite the chest bump.

I like it overall, though I'd personally prefer the makeup be toned down a bit and the sexualititty (I'm hilarious) be a little less, eherm, "in your face".

Still the face is well built and the pose is good, though again a little tweaking on the lighting would be nice.

Overall though a solid 7/10, with room to become an easy 9 IMO.

I understand that. It is a personal thing for me, is all. I look at it and first thing I see is the blue, not so much the face. The way it is viewed will be different for everyone, you know?

Reminds me of some movie promo image: it's up-close, but angled really well with a nice pose and a great expression. The hair even "flows" in a good direction!

Lighting emphasizes the pale skin + dark skin combo well, which is always a look I've been fond of. If I may, the way the angle and pose plays out makes your head look unnaturally large, a fairly common problem with that particular hairstyle. It would definitely be possible to tweak the zoom and camera angle a bit to minimize the effect without compromising the overall "look" you have now, I think. Otherwise, the colors coordinate well and I like the light/dark balance for the most part, and that shiny hair...I wanna stroke it. :3

Err, nice portrait. Haves a good smile for what the creator allows, and yet it's absoluely creepy, specially for the contrast with the dark uniform, the eyepatch and oh my the wig hairdo. It easily recognizable though so I wouldn't suggest any change to it. Will rate it a 88/100.
