10 billion.

Lots of wasted SP. A lot of skills at 2 or 3 that should be minimum of 4 to consider yourself a Tengu or Legion pilot.
No tech 2 Lasers or tech 2 HAMS.
Why so much Spaceship command if you are only a tengu/legion pilot. that's all waste.
Your toon does not do anything well, just sits. Jack of all trades don't usually sell.

absolutely not..... your evaluation skills are very poor..... if for example you look at t2 lazers and hams, i just have to inject the specilization skill for each and t2 can be used, 39 minutes each, which i have the skillbooks and will inject now.... as for all the spaceship command you may not have seen but 7 of those skills are injected but not trained so no wasted sp with those, and the others are for actually flying other ships not just a legion and tengu though this character is a good pilot for both those ships, people dont fly t3's 100% of the time. if a person wants a pure tengu or pure legion pilot for isk printing they can find the dozens that are out for sale currently

Injecting and training to level 1 isn't crap. Specialization skills are Damage, 2% per level. People don't fly t3's 100% of the time, you are right. However People that buy toons here look for focus, meaning anything outside of that focus is indeed waste. again, jack of all trades don't sell. why was I the only one that bid, after your toon has been here for thirteen days. I was just trying to help you by giving you insight as to why No One has bid on your sale even though many have looked at it. I was not trying to be a ****. By that Perspective, your character has 20 mil + skill points, but realistically only 12 million or so of those skill points pertain to Tengu/Legion. That means the other 8 million is waste. you can take my advice or leave it. idc. But dude, No One has Bid . Good luck on the sale of you tengu/legion starter/sitter.

My new bid is 7 billion.

ya lvl 1 is nothing ive already trained both to lvl 3. yes character has been on for 13 days but ive only bumped advert 5 times over the 2 weeks. there is many high priced focused isk printing t3 pilots for those that have many alts that do many things. this character is not focused nor have i said it is. i stated mainly a legion/tengu pilot. as is the implants and skills lead this character into mainly those 2 ships... but thanks for your input and i may stop sale of this character and solidify some skills and resell at a higher price down the road

sorry Lys Krule i cannot accept 14bil to buy this character... there is 6 bil of implants plugged into this character over the 3 HG sets let alone 31mil sp

Implants and items are not part of pricing. it is illegal per CCP rules to sell those things here. Character Bazaar is Skill points only.

actually your are incorrect

" 7. Items cannot be listed among the character's valuable assets, only skills, implants and reputation. You are buying/selling the character ONLY and nothing else. Ships and items can be readily bought or sold on the market for ISK."

But hey, your the authority right and my evaluation skills are "very poor", yet you have been for sale for almost two months now. No one has even bid on your over priced toon. It would appear from your thread that you are the one with the poor evaluation skills. Good luck with your sale.
